These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bramble Jams website and your purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
Bramble Jams is a small business located at 12090 Farmington Road, Livonia, MI 48150. We sell handcrafted shadow boxes, display cases, and related products. Questions about your order can be directed to our contact form or by phone at 734-489-6502.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on this site. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including materials, dimensions, and photographs. Colors may vary slightly depending on your display settings. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.
4. Orders and Payment
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card is charged at the time of order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
5. Discount Codes
Discount codes are valid only for the period specified, cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Bramble Jams reserves the right to revoke discount codes at any time.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (i.e. not what you ordered). To request one, contact us within 7 days of delivery — see Section 8 below for exactly how. We do not currently offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (or ship your replacement) within 5–7 business days. Custom or personalized items are eligible for a replacement or refund only if they arrive defective or damaged.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right at no cost to you:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact form or by calling 734-489-6502. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few photos of the item (and packaging, if it arrived damaged in transit).
- We cover return shipping. Once we confirm the issue, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping cost — you will not be charged to send the item back.
- We ship your replacement free of charge as soon as the returned item is received and processed. If you'd prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we're happy to issue one to your original payment method.
9. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bramble Jams and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bramble Jams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
